TIR = Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal
Call the TIR Operation Call Centre at 844-696-7737 to submit complaints. A ticket will be generated to let the local TIR office know of this and they will forward the claim to complete and submit. Once the submission is received, it will be reviewed and a response will be provided with the Crown's position on the claim.
